I've been living here for under a year, and there are already many issues. First day living in my apartment, the kitchen smelled like gas leak heavily. I had to call 911. They only aired the house, and I had to wait until midnight for maintenance to replace the line. Was afraid to use the stove for a couple of days while still smelling the gas. A month later, I tried using the oven the first time. Despite being turned off, the heating element was still on and kept heating. Smoke everywhere in my house. The first guy couldn't repair it, meanwhile we discovered lots of mouse poops under, on the back edge, and inside the insulation material of the oven.
