The apartment complex itself isn’t that bad and most of the people living within the complex and very polite and friendly but the maintenance is absolutely terrible since moving we have had nothing but problems. when moving into our apartment we were given a rusty stove and was told by a woman at the leasing office it would be replaced and we talked to maintenance about it multiple times and they never changed it out instead they sent out a maintenance man to spray paint our stove but when he came to spray paint it he didn’t open any windows and knew that my 4 month old daughter was laying less than 10 feet away from him after this incident i contacted the leasing office and complained and was told a property manager would be out early that week and he never showed up and they never showed

Current resident here. It a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Maintenance, there has been few issues. We were without a washer for almost a month, which we pay extra to have in our unit, and the laundry room next to our unit was out of order. With a new born baby, its too much to crazy the baby and the laundry across the street to a different building. When calling the leasing office explaining the situation, there was no compensation for the money we had to put out the use their washers. Eventually they got the right part and fixed the washer, after it flooded out my kitchen floor.... This is how maintenance left my dining room table. Did not have the disency to contact me. I came home after working 14 hrs to damages to my property. Maintenance requests are ignored but you receive a request for services email of confirmation. Appliances are terrible. Safety and security is another huge concern. My front door barely locks and patio door only secured by the lock bar. This apartment was not moved in ready and I was ignored. Videos, photos for days, witnesses and numerous requests submitted to the leasing office and maintenance has not been addressed. I would live in my car before I renew a lease another year. I have to say somebody that is freshly new living by themselves first apartment. I have to say the apartment itself is nice. It’s clean it’s quiet, but with that being said the leasing office I feel as though is no help on anything as I said this is my first time living by myself in an apartment I have so many questions and when I call, I get the same person answering the phone by the name of Lana that seems like she doesn’t know anything when I email specific people. Lana is the one that responds back to that their email when it wasn’t for her in the first place, they offer things that they give you in your welcome folder that again when you call and ask questions to verify as to what you’re supposed to do or if everything is good to go it’s will call back on this day and ask for such and

Excellent work. Maintenance was quick, professional, and thorough. The technician dayvon was efficient and respectful of the space, resolved the issue completely, and left the area clean. Very satisfied and much appreciated.
