Been living here too long. Now that my health issues are getting better my family is helping me to find another place. You can never talk to anyone in the leasing office. Their phone goes straight to voicemail all day. I received notification of my rent with a previous balance of $0. But yet I'm being charged $110 extra saying it's a balance from previous rent. I stop calling about maintenance issues because there's always at least a month before they get back to me. Had to have my locks changed because they didn't know where the key was to my unit. With all the leaking water issues I do believe there is mold within the ceiling and walls. Not safe for me.

Terrible they take too long to fix things the rental office does not answer their phone. They have real bad mice and the neighbors next door moved out and we got bed bugs. It was a bat in our basement from random holes they have not patched up. Sometime the water will change colors we had yellow/ brown water. Just a mess. Also during the winter time the hot water stops working and you will just have cold water been trying to get it fixed but no answer from the rental office as many times I called. This is not a safe or healthy environment for children or babies RUN!!!!

For all the things negative I can say there are many positives that need to be highlighted. I had some plumbing issues this morning and I understand how frustrating that can be . Instead of the leasing office being flustered the leasing office Mr.Vaughn and the maintenance team - Rony and Matthew came and immediately handled my situation with care. They had to call a plumber but even the plumber was very nice as well.

Maintenance is mediocre. My friends place has mice because you can see straight through his floor to outside. They want 300 deposit for a cat fee then 25 a month.

Been here less than a year and countless maintenance issues. Low water pressure, water leaking into light fixtures, dishwasher holding stinky moldy water, and toilet water leaking from the ceiling into the dining room. After many complaints, they decided to address SOME issues. Afterwards, they couldn’t even be bothered to get their equipment and left everything! The new manager named Dana or Danish, is very rude and a smart Alec. Instead of address issues she offered to give me a paper to sign bc I stated I was not renewing my lease. Management is clueless and so is maintenance. Do not move here, it’s a nightmare!! Property management is a revolving door of clueless incompetent people who inherit a crappy property with a host of issues. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! RUN!!!!
