Honestly, this is the best place I’ve lived so far I actually may even be back. That’s how great it was. The maintenance team was very attentive to my needs. they responded fast and fixed things in a timely manner. You don’t get that too often. I’m very pleased with my experience. In addition to that my apartment was bigger than the apartments around my area and a lot cheaper 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Sierra was very helpful during me and my boyfriend application process and was very patient with us and answered any questions we had we can’t wait for move in next week. , if you’re looking to move in to Chesapeake make sure you ask for sierra for your move in process!! Karisma and Giuliano M

The maintenance team here is absolutely the most amazing. Quick responses on any issues, extremely helpful and friendly. Always quick to fix or correct any issues that I may have. I could not ask for better support.

I love this community. They worked with me and gave me options after other communities had denied me. I have only been here three months, but in that time, I have already seen preventative maintenance & Extermination. I haven’t had any issues. Everything is clean. Both the office and maintenance teams are Communicative and easy to work with. I had an after hours issue and they responded very quickly. Definitely recommend this community.

I enjoyed my time with Chesapeake Village Apartments. I do wish that they (the corporate office) were more accommodating for me having to break my lease due to the passing of my father and my mother having Alzheimer’s disease with dementia. I had to leave my apartment and job to take care of her in North Charleston SC and now I’m being charged nearly $3000. Rita, the property manager, was always helpful and friendly.
