So I've been living here 2 years now and have watched things go downhill. Let me start by saying that there is no playground for the children over five so the kids have to play in the street. The laundry Center is completely abhorrible with janky old machines (even after remodel) and not even a utility sink. the groundskeepers are decent and maintenance is cool only when you can find them as they are always busy or short-staffed. After this recent snow, it's been a week since I got mail because corporate only considers the walkway and Drive to be a priority. There is a serious pest control issue on my row and I seen extemination only once. They've adopted an AI system to respond to all the calls from the residents which leads to extra frustration because you can never find anyone real when
Would like to take the time to thank Reign, Sherry and Lauren. I visited the leasing office the last few days for a few things. And they were very helpful in taking care of my needs. And someone who has lived in the community for a long time. This management staff currently at the leasing office are very professional and courtesy. Management definitely needs to keep this staff. Best staff this community has had in the time I have lived here
Wow, ever since the office staff changed, this place has been a mess. They don't fix things properly, they don't maintain them adequately, you have to make an appointment with the administration office for any question, and today, with this snowfall, they didn't put salt on the sidewalks, they didn't clean anything, not even the entrance to the laundromat. I really don't recommend living here. The first day they make everything easy, but then they disappear. Think carefully before coming here.
They installed new heaters in December my house switching from gas to electric heat. They overloaded the electric panel. My surge protectors started smoking and the heater popped less than a month after install. I’ve been without heat for 7 days. The first three it was below 55 in my house. They came out had no clue how to fix the problem then The only response I get is we are aware of the problem this place is a joke my home could have burned and they could care less. the space heater they brought me had a tampered with chord like that’s a fire hazard as well. I’ve lived here 10 years and this is my last. Not to mention three months ago the maintenance tried to steal my dirt bikes out back my town house
Living in the community now for four years had no issues with helpful kind and professional staff, Miss . Shanon, kiyera and Christy… Recently there was 2 changes with the staff in the leasing office just in three weeks. I signed to renew my lease however they are charging me month to month payment. Trying to find an explanation and to communicate with them every time I go to the leasing office or call I find new staff always having a meeting and who has no idea about what’s going on with my lease the only answer was I’m not on charge of that the only one who can answer your question is the property manager .it’s been 3 weeks already and no one reached out to me or had an explanation and I’m really frustrated and don’t know what to do.
