When the HOA is impeding home sales in the community and getting reviews like this——you have a problem. I was looking at a home here. I called the HOA office to ask a basic questions. She acted like she’d never had a question like this, and she didn’t know the answer although she admitted having worked for this HOA for more than 3 years. She took my information and said she would call me back. Of course, that never happened; it was weeks ago. She understood I was considering a home purchase here. Looking elsewhere.

Fines and more fines. All they care about is money and squeezing in as many homes as possible for revenue and then fine the people that live there. Guess home sales are down so the fines are up.

Awful just. All they care about is sending out violations they nitpick everything. What a joke of an HOA can’t even keep the pools open.

Graffiti and trails that have been flooded for literally 1.5 years if not more. What more could you want?! Stain your fence though, or they’ll fine ya…

They make up fines and constantly move their offices. They don’t communicate well and we for sure don’t get our money’s worth. Add on top them making bylaws up post contract sign to try to squeeze more fine money from you. Awful organization and beyond sloppy. Not the smartest workers or customer service either. Update: they fine houses on a whim and do not have consistency in “enforcement.” Tameka and Barbra Smith are the worst to deal with as she doesn’t know their own rules. Threatens fines, gets called out for going against on bylaws, then tries to save face by saying it was “miscommunication.” They are shady and Tameka and Barbara especially need a reality check. Do not buy a house here. Houses are being set vacant due to HOA as a big reason, not just the economy. How about HOA member
