We’ve been residents here since the community opened and we couldn’t be happier! While there are a few minor things that could be improved—especially for those living on the down slope—buying a home from Perry has been an excellent decision. They’ve been incredibly prompt in addressing all warranty-related issues. Recently, we encountered a problem with our water heater (which wasn’t related to installation), and it was swiftly replaced under warranty. The house has been fantastic, built to last and equipped with numerous features that other builders might list as “upgrades.” If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend talking to the amazing sales representative, Lisa. She truly makes the experience enjoyable!

Lisa Goetz, Eliel and Christian Navarro-Hernandez have just been awesome to work with. When we started this journey it went so quick from looking at a home, falling in love with the home and closing within 5 weeks. It went so quick it was kind of nerve wracking!!
