If you have a choice of a root canal or building a house with First Texas Homes. Get the root canal - its more enjoyable. They ruined our fence and didn't want to correct their mistake. Your hard earned money pays for the lot and property. They blamed the contractor who works for them and gas line, or a list of reasons. The customer is not right but they want your money. Like $12000 if you don't want a carpet staircase. Horrible experience. No communication. Too many excuses not to make things right or admit they made a mistake. Be very cautious. Do your own research. And too much auto and train traffic in the area. HOA warning!

Love First Texas Homes. Worked with Marsha when she was over in Harmon Ranch First Texas Homes. My husband and myself are thinking of moving to LeTara called to get information some one by the name of Rita answered the phone let me tell you she is SUPER RUDE and then hung up the phone with not even as much as have a good day, thank you for calling nothing I immediately heard nothing but a click on the phone line. I was not even done speaking with her. I must say Marsha I loved you but your assistant or whoever she is she is VERY NASTY. TWO STARS FOR THE RUDENESS NO REASON TO BE THIS WAY ESPECIALLY TO PEOPLE INTRESTED IN PURCHASING YOUR HOMES!

My family and I drove 40 minutes to view this community just to get treated like trash by the agent!! She was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable! Lost a potential customer!! Do better!!

The sales lady in the office is very rude. Pays no attention to what you are saying.
