I love my house, but the playground is a joke and the pool that they keep promising will be open by whatever date keeps being like an illusion that a magician creates on a stage. This is not what I signed up for when we decided to buy our home! I wanted to be able to bring our grandkids, who are babies now, there before they graduate high school, but, alas, maybe their graduation parties can be held there.

If I could give negative stars, I would. 3 years after buying a house = 3 summers with no pool. Yet they keep building houses, collecting HOA fees, but homeowners have to pay to get a private pool or pay to go swim somewhere else and access decent amenities for families. Can't count how many other pools have been built around us in a couple of months. This is the biggest scam of home constructions / HOA. If you are exploring to buy a home here, don't believe the signs about pools and amenities..these are pure lies. If they tell you the pool will be ready in a week, ask them what about the pool committed for people who bought in 2021-2022. Stay away of these scammers!

I’m very disappointed with how our HOA has been managing the community, particularly regarding the green areas and the amenity center. The grassy areas are poorly maintained—often overgrown, patchy, or littered with debris. It’s clear there’s little to no regular upkeep, which not only affects the neighborhood’s appearance but also property values. Even more frustrating is the misinformation about the amenity center. It feels like we were misled just to close the sale or justify higher HOA fees. We pay dues expecting a certain standard of care and honesty. Right now, neither is being met. I hope the HOA starts taking these concerns seriously and begins delivering what was promised. .

Great experience with Britney at Trophy. Beautiful homes and neighborhood. HOA is low considering, but I’m not one that needs amenities. I just want a nice home and community.

Builder, developer and HOA have provided a pool and one playground, 2 years after it was promised. The neighborhood and community is safe and people are friendly.
