I am so incredible thankful for the team at this office. I have had such trouble in the past with awful tenants who would destroy the home over time or have a horrible(undisclosed) background. This time around I left my home in the hands of this company, and my home now has an amazing tenant in it, that has kept up with the home for almost a year now. I could not express how happy I am that they are protecting my investment!!

I have had a GREAT experience with Seguin Property Management, LLC. They are Professional and Always quick to address any concerns. The Property is well-maintained, and communication is seamless. I highly recommend their services!!

I’ve had a really great experience renting a home through Linda Dietz and her team. They are very prompt in responding to any maintenance issues and their maintenance professionals are respectful and efficient. The property I leased was clean and ready as agreed and the rental rate is very reasonable. The home is so adorable and in a great neighborhood as well! There were no issues related to my ESA during the leasing process (which is so rare). When my current lease ends I would absolutely rent another property with this management group.

I wouldn’t recommend renting from them and do NOT give them any money. $140 for background check, was paying entire rental period up front in cash and still got rejected for credit issues resulting from the Covid debacle. Do NOT trust them.

This property management company is a joke . It used to be a good company while Mrs Maggie was working there..Owner Linda diets doesn’t not let property owners know what’s going on with their homes . Seems like they don’t do inspections like their supposed to . Will not be using them anymore..
