This place has really improved over the past 10 years. We are on our fourth manager now since I've been here and she is wonderful. The first three managers were something awful. They were the least professional people I had ever dealt with in my entire life. I am not going to go into details because I wouldn't know where to start but they were just awful. The first one was Ann and she was awful and I didn't think anybody could get any worse. Then came Molly who was 10 times worse than Ann. And then came Julia who was worse than Ann but not nearly as bad as molly. Now we finally have a professional competent manager named Meredith. Pretty decent neighborhood

After nearly 9 years as a resident at segoe I'm well aware of many of the problems. Management is unquestionably the worst part about this property. I, along with many other residents have been lied to multiple times, bullied into not making legitimate complaints, residents targeted by employees, harassed and disrespected. I've never experienced such immoral, dishonest and disrespectful behavior by anyone in all my years renting. Unfortunately, without any oversight, meridian employees are able to use their power to make life hell for tenants they don't see eye to eye with. There isn't enough space to get into the blatant illegal activities committed by meridian employees consistently however I'm currently being charged for services meridian didn't provide and are knowingly lying abou

Its ok if you dont mind cigarette and weed smell every where. If you have asthma or other breathing problems, id suggest not living here.

I have lived here for about 4 weeks and it's a nice place. Staff is awesome and no problems of other people who live in there apartments.
