Lived here for a year and a half. Betty and Owners were very friendly and helpful to me and my family! They were very professional and helped out when we had a situation of an harassing old woman next door. Amazing people and would rent again from them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a tenant for 5 years and as soon as Michele left they completely went downhill. Specifically in the last year or two I could never get ahold of Melanie (current property manager), ever. I would call and leave voicemails repeatedly, send multiple emails and finally Tristan would respond and say that Melanie had been on vacation or out of the office. This happened anytime I had an issue or question for them. It took weeks if not months to reach them and then even longer for them to do something about the issue. I had a roof leak and I had to call/leave voicemails and email them repeatedly until they finally answered, all while water was pooling in my ceiling. Also, they never even repaired the water damage inside the unit. I emailed Melanie two months
