If a problem occurs, Wendy is definitely your go to! My refrigerator started acting up after 9 at night and Wendy stayed on the situation until resolved. I’ve dealt with her on several occasions and each time she has gone above and beyond to aide in solving any issues.

Jess has been very good at communicating via email, voice mail, and in person to make sure I am getting the right solutions needed to make my properties better and more appealing to renters. I thought I had already posted a review for Kim Savage, but it is does deserve repeating!! I have very much enjoyed working with Kim. She seems to stay on top of the rental property and takes care of any issues that arise. She also stays in touch with us (owners) and responds instantly when we need to contact her. Having Kim handle our rental property is certainly a comfort as we live in a different state from our property that she handles..
