Surprised accomodations: lots of room to relax and enjoy at Harbor side Marketplace - had a great dinner at Beacon 315 - other restaurants at the clubhouses, golf courses and marina - very peaceful at night

We love St. James! We enjoyed being able to get a feel for the Plantation and amenities of the community by booking a Discovery Package. We were able to stay in a Harborside condo overlooking the Marina and had a delicious dinner at Beacon 315 and drinks at the Tiki Bar. Kat Potter was able to show us some great listings in our price range too. We're looking forward to being St. James residents soon!

Cindi Richard and her team as St James did a great job managing the rental I was living in over the past year. Cindi and her team are responsive, quick to address any issues, and professional. The apartment was clean and and the appliances worked great. I would recommend St James Properties for anyone looking to rent their property or anyone looking to lease in the St James Community.

It was simply amazing! Everything about St. James exceeds your imagination and expectations. The people are very welcoming and eager to help you with your stay. They make you feel like this is your home away from home. I plan to vacation here every summer and I hated to leave. It's money well spent and the Reservation Specialist (Stacey) goes above and beyond excellent customer service. You have to see it for yourself because there is not enough words to describe this place. Amazing! Extraordinary!
