Egret Crossing Apartments

I’ve lived here since April 2020. I haven’t lived in an apartment since the early 1980’s. Relocating from the North East wasn't easy, especially during the pandemic. I had a few issues in the beginning but since David, our maintenance guy has been here, I feel very safe and comfortable in this complex. He’s smart, courteous and kind. Anything you ask for “within reason” of course, is addressed. David goes out of his way to help us out. He’s helped fix & / or replace legitimate issues and I know that I can trust him. Both he and Synde are really far beyond what I’ve dealt with in the past. If I have a problem (like the time my cute little vacation shot glass getting stuck in the garbage disposal 😬) he knows how to fix it! Being an apartment dweller at Egret Crossing has exceeded my wildest expectations. The "community" feel of this complex is exceptional because of the friendliness & professionalism of our Office Manager and her staff. In the past 14 months here, the few minor maintenance issues (which are common with anywhere I have rented or owned) have been handled in warp speed, upon notification to Synde, our Manager. Our lead Maintenance Manager, David, is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond. Because of the aforementioned, the residents feel valued, safe, and proud to live here. Bravo to Keystone Management Ownership for securing such wonderful employees to run this place I call "home". I love living at Egret Crossing in Southport. I am coming up on my 3rd lease renewal and I could not be happier living here. It is a cute and quaint community. I feel safe and happy here. Synde (property manager) and David (maintenance manager) run a tight ship, in a good way. The property itself is well maintained and beautiful. Synde and David take pride in keeping the property looking beautiful. I love that we have weekly landscaping and frequent pest control. I have witnessed many times, Synde and David, out caring for the grounds, when the landscaping team have not made it out to the property for whatever reason. Synde has a great group of auxiliary people she hires to paint, power wash, mow and maintain this beautiful property. They are both very helpful and quick to respond when

Wheny husband and I first moved in 2019, we were met with hostility from Sydney the office manager. Repairs halfway done, patch jobs. Synde plays favorites. She never opened the clubhouse for any event. Our bathtub had a gapping hole in it. The counter tops peeled off. Angry over issues we kept having, she, Synde made the comment, your lease will not be renewed as I don't like you. Synde is the worst apartment manager so if you are thinking of renting from Synde at Egret crossing in south port, you better bend the knee to Queen Synde. I have been so much happier at Luxury living at Hawthorne, the staff and place have class and there is plenty of space.

I've lived in Egret Crossing for 2 years and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Everyone here is super nice. .. from the residents, to the office manager, to the maintenance guys. Per the review that I just saw, I've never had anyone enter my apartment without permission. I felt compelled to write this review. These apartments are well maintained, clean and the landscape is taken care of. Egret is a great place to live in Southport, and centrally located to everything. So, yes, 10's across the board.
