S&E Properties and Management

I called to get some information on their property management service. The tone of the lady who picked up the call was so Manley and rude like she was just woken up from her sleep. When asked if they would manage an apartment building she just hung up on me saying NO THANK YOU!! Didn't even introduced herself or asked my name. At lease be polite and say you can't any more properties before hanging up. Could have saved me sometime writing this ONE SAR review for you. If I can give you ZERO star I would!!

DO NOT rent from S&E Properties. First of all, they started to rent from non-students when I rented there and it was crazy. You cannot mix students and non-students. To make matters worse, they will overcharge you for services. Please see the picture of a move-out itemized statement. They charged me $21.50 to replace one light bulb. I informed them the light bulb was out, but I couldn't reach it without a ladder. I didn't think I would be charged $21.50. These people are crooks. The apartments are or were ran by the father and the daughter does not know anything. They also charged me for cleaning even though the apartment was cleaned.

They have zero regard for tenants availability for paper work. The don't respond for emergency calls after hours. Zero maintenance. They don't return the money for carpet cleaning which is almost zero to no return on the amount paid in the caution deposit. Please don't sign the lease agreement with s and e properties.

I lived on 915 Spiros court for little over a year. After signing our lease, we were given a sheet to fill out with immediate maintenance repairs and damages that we didn't want deducted from security deposit when we would leave. Once I turned in the form, none of the immediate maintenance repairs were completed. In the 18 months that I lived there, none of the repair on the first day, or within the next few months, were completed. For example, the fridge would constantly freeze all of our food and then defrost AND it was very loud. In addition, the bar on the fridge door was secured by glue that quickly broke off and was never repaired. The oven light/fan never worked. The cheapest tiles were applied to the kitchen and bathrooms. With time, almost 1/2 of the tiles broke and crumbled or pu

This is the worst place I have ever been to as someone that is young and is trying to get a place for his Family. This place will just waste your time. Give you the most inconsistent information. They don’t really wanna give you the house. All they wanna do is waste your time. Don’t do it!!
