Have lived here for just over three years now and we love it! If ever we have an issue, they take care of it very quickly. Rent is also super cheap, can't beat that! Highly recommend Mason Properties.
They need major improvements in order to justify raising rent. They are beat up, worn. Guess & parents have to pay for a pass 7 days to park( even if it's just for one day).
Loved this townhouse apartments. Stayed in 2018. It was my first experience that they reduced the rent price.
It's a nice building and area. It's warm and inviting. Great place for the price.
Live here if you want your car towed in 20 minutes or less. That goes for any of your friends too
