It's a roof over your head at bare minimum. It'lll take $10 in quarters to do ONE load of laundry (wash = $1.00; dry = $1.00). Off site there's a laundry facility, Double Suds/Bubble, that can do laundry at a low cost, $1 to dry, at least $1.50 to wash. The roaches are being mitigated at. Parking sucks in back. Mgmt needs to "restripe the field." No one gets towed for at least 6wks of leaving/abandoning vehicles here. Package thieves run rampant here.
