Schroeder Square

I have lived at Schroeder Square the past four years and truly enjoyed my time here. Two years were spent in a studio and two years in a one-bed loft. It is a quiet community where residents are respective of one another. Management is very accommodating and responsive. In my four years I never had to make an emergency maintenance call. I have to move for personal reasons but definitely see myself returning in the future.

I was looking to get used to apartment living, as I was downsizing after many years in a house. A relative lived at Schroeder Square for years so I was already familiar with it. I moved here when a 1-bedroom ranch was available. Good facilities, great management from Emilie, and responsive maintenance staff. I used the parking garage but there is ample parking in the lot. I only left because I realized I would be better off with a little more space and a second bedroom.

I lived in Schroeder Square for almost 5 years and the only reason I left was due to relocation for work. Management is great and is always there to help. I loved my apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. Great affordable rent on the west side of Madison!

No wonder you don't have 5.0 for your reviews. Maybe you can put the address on your sign. Do a range Before you make another comment air on the side of caution because my photos already have over 25,000 reviews. 2 Hours Ago on 11/17/2024: I am a resident of the neighborhood. I feel bad for the tenants because there's no visible way for cabs, Lyfts, Ubers, Amazon, or any restaurant delivery to find the actual address. Why not list the range of the addresses associated with your property proceeding the name of the street on your sign at the corner. Such as 00-00 Schroeder Ct.

I lived in Schroeder Square, and this place is quiet and good. Above all, the manager is the best. She always helps me and tries to make a better place to live. This is a great place to commute to UW-madison by car at an affordable price.
