I can say this for the facility. It has the best management since Crystal took over! She works very hard to get things done as soon as possible. She's also upgrading things to improve this compound and doing a wonderful job. She's very professional and kind. I've been here over two years and she has really influenced the reason I resigned my lease for another year. These apartments are in an amazing location being so close to I-69 and literally in walking distance to almost all of your needs. Crystal has made a huge impact to this compound and we appreciate her!

Ever since Crystal took over, things are great now. I’ve never had a property manager take care of things as quickly as her. She talks to you like a human being and not just a tenant. Communication has greatly improved overall! I’ve been here for 4 years now and enjoy my apartment.

Crystal is by far the best property manager I’ve ever delt with!! She goes above and beyond for her tenets! She sees us as people too with real life hurdles and never hesitated to extend the helping hand! Anything she’s asked she answers to and if she can’t figure it out that day, she always did the very next day! Not to mention I love my apartment! Very clean and up to date! We even have free washer and dryers now because of her! I love it here 🤗

I've lived at Scatterfield Villas since 2016. It's nice and quiet and next to plenty of locations for everything my family and I need. The present property manager Crystal is the absolute best at what she does, the improvements thus far and still to come are more than I've seen for this place in the many years I've spent here and are only getting better.
