Four Winds Apartments

My husband & I moved in to a 2-bed townhome here right when we first got married, and we lived here for about 2.5 years. If we had continued living in Anderson, we would have loved to continue living here but needed to move for work. We honestly only have great things to say about Four Winds! It was the perfect place for us to start our married lives together, and we have such sweet memories here. It made it very hard to leave! The community is quiet, safe, & family friendly, and the management was always helpful & professional. Whenever we had a maintenance request, it was fulfilled promptly. We’ve lived here going on almost 2 1/2 years and I can honestly say this is the happiest me and my kids have been in a home ! The endless amenities are amazing my kiddos love being able to go swimming or to the park whenever they want! Also if anything is needing looked at and you put a work order in they are on it so fast! Also my daughter had a medical emergency back in February and they checked in on her and everything and made sure we were okay ! Definitely renewing our lease when the time comes ! If you have any doubts wash them away now! You will be taken care of like you are family here always and they have family friendly events like last year they hosted a trunk or treat ! I have lived in Four winds apartments for the last 3 years. And Over the years it has really been a great experience. In the beginning we had a few bumps in the roads, but when I say management will not disappoint you when comes to execution. I really appreciate Heather and staff for theirs continuous support and dedication towards their tenants 10/10 I do recommend.

I’ve lived at Four Winds Apartments for a little over a month now and everything has been great! No issues, maintenance is solid, and the property has clearly been cared for over the years. We have lived in Four Winds for about 3 weeks now. Here are some of my thoughts! - Heather, Diane and Rachel are all very kind, patient and understanding ladies. They have been more than patient with me, eased my anxiety and were very helpful and answered all my questions! - We moved from Hamilton county to find more affordable housing and weren’t sure what to expect when moving to Anderson. If you want to move to Anderson to find more affordable housing, but want to make sure you’re in a safe area I would highly recommend Four Winds. The entire community is gated. You enter / exit out of the gate. The apartments are well light up at night. There are so many families that live here. We feel extremely safe here. - If you have children that’s great because this complex is more of a family
