Beyond the worst landlord to deal with!! That’s the nicest thing I have to say. They do not care about you or anything with your property! There is no Dropbox so you have to go into the office just to pay your rent. They are only open certain hours. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone either. If you’re looking for a landlord to care… they are not that. This place is such a financial set back, RUN!!!!

I went to a showing at one of these apartments in Anderson, which look nice on the inside but are very dirty on the outside. As I was entering the building, I saw a bed in front of the apartment door with a lot of bed bugs. I asked the lady if they had bed bugs, and she said no, but she lied. Luckily, I didn't put down a deposit. Don't rent here unless you want to live with bed bugs and with a dirty environment.

I absolutely recommend Midwest to everyone.. Since turning over I have had the best feedback from maintenance and They will work with you as long as communication is 1st. Thank you Midwest Property for everything 🙏 🙌 ❤️

Love the people the management has a really good reputation and knows what they are doing the techs aslo know what they are talking about and have lots of Knowledge and can do the job the best part if they don't know how to do a work order they know somone who's dose and gets help fast thank you stayed with a lot of other properties company's and this co treats us like humans and actually care

I’ve been renting here for years and Laura is the sweetest and most understanding person. Definitely recommend.
