⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Living at Hater House has been such a great experience! The rent is very affordable, especially considering how nicely updated the apartments are—it really feels like home the moment you move in. The layout is modern, everything is well-kept, and I appreciate how comfortable and welcoming the space feels. One of the best parts is the community here. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes it easy to feel safe and connected. On top of that, the staff is wonderful—they’re always kind, approachable, and willing to help whenever I have questions or need something taken care of. It makes a huge difference knowing the management team actually cares about their residents. Overall, I’m really happy I chose Hater House. It’s affordable, updated, and has a great community

The new management at Harter House is amazing! The property is beautifully maintained, the team is attentive and professional, and Tisha, the new property manager, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The Events and activities are always so much fun. It would be a nice place to call home.

Harter House has completely changed!!! Something that you could drive by and not even notice it. But now, it stands out and looks superior! It looks welcoming. There’s not many senior living facilities in Madison County where I’d approve for any of my elderly relatives, besides Harter House. I love how interactive the facilities management is. If you haven’t yet, take a look at their Facebook page. It truly is wonderful to see how much they care about each and everyone of their residents. They’ve made such improvements just over the past few months. It’s completing opposite of what it has always been. I love how transparent the upper managers are. It truly is reassuring to know we have a living facility such as Harter House right here in our beautiful downtown Anderson. I suggest you take

They also do a fantastic job of hosting fun events and activities that keep residents engaged and connected. On top of that, the property manager Tisha is truly amazing—always kind, attentive, and dedicated to making sure everyone feels at home. Harter House is a place where residents can really enjoy life, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Harter House was on the list of places to check out for my dad. The building is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and they have all kinds of great events/activities for the tenants. To top it off, Tisha is absolutely amazing at her job. You can tell she has a heart of gold and she's in the right profession.
