Saybrooke Apartments

Living in Saybrooke Apartments was an immensely challenging experience for my family and me. The discrepancies between what we were promised and what we received were striking. Prior to our move, our move-in date was changed twice, causing significant inconvenience. The agent who communicated about these changes was exceptionally rude and did not acknowledge the trouble this caused us, nor did they offer an apology. From the first day we moved in, we encountered issues. It took over two weeks for the maintenance team to address a pipe extension into the creek. The pipe initially dripped right in front of our patio, creating an unsightly mess. Overall your response time was good, and the repair did not seem to be too hard to fix, just that these cabinets are of such poor quality and old I don't think they could ever be in totally good operating condition

Saybrooke apartment itself was decent, but several ongoing issues made living there challenging. The apartment often had an unpleasant smell, and on many nights, there were strong drug-related odors from neighboring units. The windows were old and drafty, leading to very high electric bills—over $300 for a winter month, which was surprising. On top of that, despite paying rent on the first day of each month, I was still charged late payment fees. Communication with management was difficult and inefficient, and I never received any apologies or acknowledgments for the inconvenience. The move-out process was frustrating.
