Saxon Trace Apartments

Office Staff and maintenance staff are great(should put a warning sticker on the people who park the cars like this). Nice community, but some people cant park or dont care to park correctly. The Durango, the black Audi and gray Kia Sorrento by designated parking spot #27 to the right of the main office are habitual everyday parking offenders. These pics are actually them parking decent, most days they're over the white line by a wide margin like the audi in the pic. Meanwhile if you have a visitor over (who didn't see the visitor parking sign), they'll have a tow sticker on their vehicle for parking upfront even though they parked within the lines. But by all means if you actually reside here, park however you want and inconvenience the rest of us. We'll just park at Target next door 🙄

It has been a pleasure staying here at Saxon Trace. Very affordable, the community is safe and well taken care of. I loved my apartment, any issues I had was resolved by the amazing maintenance team. So many stores and food nearby, I definitely recommend this apartment complex. My thank you’s go to Sherry, Crystal and the maintenance team for all their amazing and dedicated work!

Crystal sucks as a property manager ! Rude ! Horrible attitude and never answers the phone when calling the office ! No communication between staff and maintenance ! New everything with this apartment complex ! IMMEDIATELY! Been here over 2 years and nothing has changed !

Hello! I am a current resident at Saxon Trace. I have lived here for two years so far. The staff here is super friendly. Sherri is always quick to help and tells you everything you need to know. I also enjoy talking to our maintenance crew. They are definitely knowledgeable people and care about making sure you get everything you need. Everything is user friendly and community based.
