Savannah Ridge Apartments

Moved here in April and everything has been great. My daughter and I love our apartment. It's very spacious and quiet. Having a pool is a plus too. We are frequent swimmers and it's always nice and clean. Alex Reeder was very helpful with our move-in and anytime we have questions he's always there to help. Also, the maintenance crew is very helpful and always respond in a timely manner. I can see myself living here for a while for sure.

Alex was a HUGE help in making my move in process go smoothly. It is easy to tell how much Alex cares about his residents and will always make sure he is doing the best that he can to make everyone's experience incredible. I am looking forward to living here and making it a home! The maintenance team goes above and beyond as well. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. They have extensive knowledge and always provide solutions quickly. I strongly recommend their properties.

I have lived here for 4 years, and I have no complaints about living here. I have referred several people to move in here, and one friend did!! They have a great pool that is enjoyed during the summer for great family fun!! This is a very friendly and family place to live. The leasing agent Alex, is very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Savannah Ridge Apartments!!

Was a nightmare. I was severely sick with mold sickness the entire time living here. 3 years, got diagnosed with asthma, had massive leaks, issues, and insane spider infestation. Our shower pipe cracked in the GROUND and it took three months to fix the issue. There’s mold in the walls and it was always growing on walls and windowsills. When our closet was damaged from the shower water leak in the ground we couldn’t use it for over a year. Our headboard/bedframe was covered in black mold and we had to throw it out. We had almost every appliance break, sink replaced, AC replaced, closet leak from cracked shower pipe, etc. They replaced our AC thermostat and left a massive hole in the wall where the old spot was for a year. It was honestly so comical because you couldn’t make this stuff up.

Don’t live here!!!! The first week we lived here the neighbors above us had burned holes in our patio chairs from dropping their cigarettes down the office said that they talked to them and that they would stop dropping them down, they never stopped. Maintenance showed up unannounced with a new dishwasher and I had to let them in right after I had a baby. We were out of town and came back to a soaking wet apartment that smelled like mildew and an ant infestation. Asked if there was now mold in the walls of course they said no even tho we could smell it and see it. After that the ceiling in the bathroom cracked open causing it to leak maintenance came in and just patched the hole and painted over it. We know that there is mold in the apartments we had constant sore throats and headaches. We
