Good service, questionable ethics. I enjoyed working with Dean Sarris while renting my first apartment; however, when the summer drought of 2016 ended, it became obvious I had been mislead into renting a property that was not up to health code (health inspection found 13 violations). I also learned that the house had been illegally renovated, as far as the town was concerned, and had never been inspected. It's possible Dean was also misled, but I find it frustrating that someone as experienced as Dean Sarris could not help protect those less knowledgeable of the rental business, even if there are no laws saying he has to. If I could give 3.5 stars I would.

I would rate this real estate company a “0” if I could. My fiancé and I had been looking to buy our first house and when we finally got under contract with clients of dean sarris, the trouble began right away. Every little detail was an issue and in the end the realtor from Dean Sarris had not done his job properly. They took our first time home buying experience which is supposed to be a fun and happy time and turned it into the worst experience of my life. The next time we go to buy I will remember not to even consider getting into any business deal with them. 10 out of 10, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and sanity and look for a company that will treat you well.
