My experience living here has been great. Move in is very easy, every step is well explained in email and available to be done through the online portal. Living here has been just as easy. The grounds are away from major roads, so the road noise is negligible. The units are modern and pretty soundproof as well. I’ve only had a few issues with the apartment itself, but maintenance is done through the app, and response time is no longer than 24 hours. The leasing office is also very friendly. I came in with questions and was met with friendly people and direct, non-judgemental answers like you may receive at some leasing offices. Richie and Eduardo provided an outstanding maintenance experience at our unit! Not only did they take care of the bathroom issues quickly and efficiently, but they also took the time to walk me through what they were doing and shared helpful tips on how to maintain the things we use every day. I really appreciated the education—it’s clear they genuinely care about helping residents prevent future problems, not just fixing the immediate ones. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful of my space. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience easy and stress-free. This is my 4th year in one of the Irvine Apartments communities and I have to recognize Richie’s assistance today that was ABOVE and BEYOND and worth every of the 5 Star Google allows. Thank you for the help in getting my access to the community and home restored in a quick, seamless and outstanding manner. Even a 7ft deep trench was not a match for Richie. Richard does tremendous job, He helped fix my garage today, and I’m incredibly grateful. He jumped in without hesitation, figured out what needed to be done, and worked efficiently to get everything sorted. What felt overwhelming to me suddenly felt manageable with his help. I really appreciate his time, effort, and willingness to lend a hand.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I honestly wish these apartments would be demolished and replaced with a memorial to the people who were forced to live here in horrible conditions. Neighbours smoke despite a clear no-smoking policy. They watch movies and listen to loud music late at night, completely ignoring quiet hours. Here are also constantly noisy children and pets. As a high school student, I can say this is really disturbing because you never know when your “lovely” neighbour will suddenly start blasting some dubstep 🤦🏼. P.S: It is currently 5 am, and once again I haven’t been able to sleep because of the constant noise coming from the apartment below my room, and because this noise travels through the floors and walls as vibrations, my mattress amplifies that sound.
