Nice quiet surroundings. At the pool your view is of the hills. Very pretty. They keep the grounds clean and trim. Easy to get your steps in daily. Our condo had nice furnishings and will soon need a perkier paint job. Sheets and towels were nice and soft. One disappointment was the birds nest above the window and spider webs outside the window and doors.

“Learn from the land” beautiful saying, and an interesting message coming from such a large development that destroys the natural environment to be built and maintained. I recommend reading Robin Wall Kimmerer’s book “Braiding Sweetgrass,” to anyone interested in truly learning from the land. Her audiobook is excellent as well.

Hopefully I will love it. I closed on my house yesterday. The amenities are great and once the schools are built that will make it even better. So far no complaints

I found it to be a welcoming neighborhood with plenty to celebrate! A park with a playground and latte machine was a plus..

Santa Rita Ranch has so much to offer! With excellent amenities, recreational activities, and an LHISD elementary and middle school within the community, this master-planned community is a great option for those looking to move out of Austin into the suburbs.
