I did not end up purchasing a home from Highland Homes, but I wanted to share my experience with their sales process. Jessica was excellent to work with—very professional, quick to respond, and consistent with follow-ups. She addressed all of my questions thoroughly. I was initially interested in the Panama plan. While I understand that builders often offer a lower base price with upgrades added on, we found that almost everything we wanted required an upgrade. Many of these features are included at a lower cost in inventory homes from same builder. The biggest concern for us was the lot premium.
