Saratoga Homes at Butler Farms

We had a mostly great experience buying our home with Saratoga Homes. We worked with Sam Gaertner, the builder, and he was fantastic throughout the process—especially since we were buying remotely from out of state. He was responsive, helpful, and made everything feel a lot smoother. There was a bit of a hiccup early on around incentives with Stephanie, but we were able to work through it. Overall, we’re really happy with our new home and appreciate the support along the way, and continue to receive.

We bought our home at Saratoga Butler Farms close to a year now and I must say there is no better place in the Liberty Hill area that comes with that calmness, peace and satisfaction. The Builders and staff made moving and adjusting in the community very easy. Their promptness with which requests are handled is awesome. Supervisor Sam Gaertner is amazing, humble and very easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend others to come and enjoy the serenity of Butler Farms.

Beautiful homes but wouldn't recommend buying until they fix the water issues. the fire hydrants don't have water in them. The fire marshal has asked them to stop building homes till they get the water fixed. But they don't care. Just ask anyone who is already living here. We will be glad to show you.

I've been less that satisfied with the Sales Rep and events that have occured after the closing of my purchase. Promises made have been unkept. I've sent emails with no response, and had to follow up. When a response is finally received, the customer service rep says no attachments are included when they were in fact on the initial email that was never responded to. What happened to customer service and a professional response with an apology for not responding? My blinds were not correctly ordered, and I'm still waiting for some to be installed. I've been in my home over a month now, and there are still repairs required from before closing.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Sam at Saratoga Homes. As a first-time homeowner, I had my concerns, but Sam has made the entire process incredibly smooth. He’s been quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and every step of the way, he’s made sure any issues or mistakes were corrected promptly. Thanks to Sam, I now have a beautiful home that my children and I absolutely love. I’m so grateful for his dedication and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
