Santa Fe Village Townhome Apartments

All the apartments are old , toilets, vanities , showers are all old the fans on baths are very noisy , kitchen cabinets are old and have holes on the back that allow rats to coming in. I did lived there for three years at the end they keep my deposit and charge me an extra $500 course they said they need to replace the carpet ! They keep outside very clean , but the apartment need to be upgrade, including windows !

Living here has been such a nice experience so far. My favorite things are how quickly management responds to questions and requests, how quickly repairs and maintenance are dealt with, and how beautiful and quiet this complex is. When we moved in, the place was spotless, smelled lovely, and looked amazing.

I've been living here for a couple months now and I couldn't be happier. Yes, there are less expensive options around but I definitely think that this place is worth the money. The complex is very well maintained and peaceful. So quiet that If it weren't for the cars parked outside I would assume that I have no neighbors. The apartment itself is also up-to-date and very spacious. We had one minor issue with the kitchen sink our first week and the staff came over right away and fixed it - no trouble since! I'd definitely recommend this location!

This is nice, the maintenance and few of office workers except New Girl Rebecca. I have 4 package from Amazon did said they drop off at mail room. I asked her to see it by myself with her to make sure that I don't have any packages and she said no. Now I have to call Amazon for money back and no more delivery at this place.

New management sucks. They started micro managing parking and even when you register a guest vehicle on their parking pass site, they'll still threaten to tow.
