I lived on the ground floor at here for one year. The building is a little bit old, but it's in a good and quiet location. It comes with one garage for each unit, many storage space. The management office is several streets away, but it's reasonable. You will suffer the pests, I can see may dead worms near the carpet every day, if there is no carpet, it will be better. BTW they charged me $500 for the carpet/wall painting which I think it's a little bit high.

Had an issue with my thermostat and Danny fixed it today. He was friendly, professional, and handled everything very quickly. Really thankful for the help.

Lived here for a little over 1 year. The move in process and my stay here were really good, finding and locking in the apartment went very smoothly, maintenance staff on premises are great, never had any issues with neighbors. The unit itself is a little on the older side, appliances were clean but a little dated. Community was also kept clean, including fitness centers and pools. There's the occasional moron revving their engines in the morning, but otherwise a pretty quiet place to live. Main issue was during move out. I submitted my notice 30 days before I planned to move out and physically moved out 1 day early. The move out process was a bit of a mess, the resident services people don't seem to have it together. I had a wonderful experience living at Santa Clara Apartments in Irvine for six years. The community is well maintained, peaceful, and offers great amenities. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding management and maintenance team. Deepak Handa, the manager, was always professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about residents' needs. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The maintenance staff was also fantastic quick, efficient, and friendly whenever I had a request. We moved here last Aug 2022, and we love this community. This is not a big community but has a great size main pool, attentive and professional maintenance team led by Director Michael, and convenient access to groceries, highways, and parks. Highly recommend unless you are looking for 3 beds.
