My experience living at Sandy Lane was exceptional. From the moment I moved in, the management team, led by Nancy was always professional, friendly, and willing to help at all times. The maintenance team also deserves special recognition; they always addressed requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring everything was in perfect working order. Additionally, the common areas and facilities were always spotless, reflecting the commitment to cleanliness and care. I moved here in January 2017 and my lease is up December of this year 2018. I have nothing but good things to say about this property. From the staff, to the apartments even all the way down to the location. The experience here has just been nothing short of amazing! Huge shout out to Abby in the office she is awesome and such a sweetheart. The management has definitely done great things. Only reason I am not renewing my lease is because I am in need of bigger space, but other than that this is great for a single person looking for affordable, comfortable and clean living! Absolutely happy here at Sandy Lane! I just moved in about a month ago. As with any move, things were a little stressful. However, Shane was very pleasant and helpful from the 1st day I walked into the office. He has gone above and beyond to make my move in as simple as possible. There were some minor issues but he promptly took care of them and was very accommodating. I appreciate all that you do! As well, Tessa and the maintenance staff are an awesome team! They work hard to make sure any repairs are taken care of promptly. I am pleased with all the new upgrades to my kitchen, bath and new tile flooring. In addition, the amenities are great! Love having a pool, lake and gym on the grounds. I feel very comfortable here at Sandy Lane and can call it home for a long time to come!

I've lived here for two years now and can say that this place is affordable and reliable. The maintenance guys are very nice and are on call just about any time during the week. Abby in the front office is very helpful when it comes to stressful situations and handles her job position with passion. Never had a problem with the rent, when my AC went they replaced it immediately. It is a safe environment, many families live here too. If you are looking for a good deal for a one bed room, where you know things will be okay, look no further.

Had a great experience living at Sandy Lane! Jennifer and Abby were absolutely wonderful and pleasant to work with!! The location is awesome, plenty of stores within walking distance of the complex. And I also must say, they have the best pest control I ever experienced all in the years I've been renting! Never seen a single bug!!! 5 stars and Highly Recommend!!!!
