Sandpiper Pointe at Deerfield Beach

It’s great community . Brand new homes. Minutes from Boca and the beach. I love the quality of construction and Luxury finishes that they offer. It’s very secluded and quiet area and it’s perfect for my family. They even have a small playground and the maintenance includes TV and internet. We choose La Isla floor plan and they still have availability for next year move in timeframe. Which is amazing in todays market. We were working with Olga and Sharon and Damaris. The entire team was so helpful to find a perfect home for us. I highly recommend Toll Brothers and this community.

I’m not the person to post a negative review. Because every business deserves to survive to keep creating more jobs for the economy; however certain entities like yours, must train your employees or sales associates to the level if the client is a potential buyer or not, has to have a pleasant experience. Almost two weeks ago, my wife and I went there looking for the model “La Isla”; even when the gentleman there knew we have an appointment, the first comment he said: “ you know everything is sold out” (I understand the website it’s not updated sometimes) which surprised us because on the toll Brothers website says “there are HOUSES you can reserve them and at least can you please show the model so I can have an idea” which I told him. And he said “you can go upstairs and take look” ; w
