San Pedro Tuscany Apartments

When I saw Farzan’s review I felt I needed to write a review… I tried to rent that unit a couple of years ago but was so repulsed by the carpet that I ended up going to a different building. A good friend of mine coincidentally rented this unit now that the landlord has replaced the carpet and I’m really disappointed that I was so turned off by the filth that I passed up on a great building. It’s clear that the landlord needed to replace the carpet, it was beyond help. I attached pictures from when I viewed the apartment right after this previous tenant left — the circles are clearly from dog urine.

To horrible landlord I could rated zero to this landlord, lived there for Six years ,being excellent tenant ,paid my rents on time ,not even missed one ,not even take a advantage of during COVID-19 benefit for tenant even though I got effected ,Kept apartment clean as my own but when I moved out recently , she charged me for almost half of my deposits for all her responsibilities such as wear and tear ,for very tiny nail hole on walls ,for replace carpet that I offered to wash but since she wanted to change with laminate looking for excuse to end up me to paid ,for even added workers compensation of cleaning people ,forced me to do repairs ,blamed me for too many damage that never happen and it wasn’t true .The apartment came with refrigerator that made my all vegetable ,eggs ,water and mo

Couldn't say better things about the management and living environment of these apartments! I loved my unit - it was big and new. I would 100% recommend living here.

The apartment complex is new and clean, and the management is nice and focused on creating a great living experience. After living here, you do not want to go anywhere else...there's no better than these apartments!

Management is great and the apartments have new appliances and a modern feel, with pre-wired speakers and tv mounting. Would recommend.
