Pacific View Apartments

I just have to say, if you do plan on moving in to pacific view apartments be careful with correcting the manager Rosa on her mistakes because she will try to make your life miserable. I just moved out a month ago and she is charging us $3000 for carpet damage and wall holes. I understand we probably do owe something, but 3000 is excessive. Again if you move in be prepared to please the manager. I also gave my notice to move and she never gave me the prorated amount, instead I received a 3 day notice. Now I have to waste my time with small claims.

Stayed here for several months when I was living with my son. I was absolutely amazed at how friendly the staff is and how beautiful the sweeping ocean views are at sunset. Highly recommend renting here if you’re looking for affordable spacious living by the beach but don’t want to pay Santa Monica prices.

I moved in about 2 months ago. I really love my apt. Location is great, love the views.
