Marine View

I’m really happy living at Marine View. The staff here is great and it really makes a difference. Sandy, the manager, is always so nice and kind anytime I talk to her. She’s friendly, helpful, and you can tell she cares about the residents. Maintenance has also been great whenever something needs to get fixed. They’re always helpful and get things taken care of. I also always see the porter out cleaning and keeping the property looking nice, which I really appreciate. It’s nice to live somewhere where the staff works hard to keep everything looking good and running smoothly. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience living here.

I recently needed work in my bathroom done. Sandy and the Team at Marine View - including Kenny, Sergio and Brenda - all helped to get a multi-layered job done as quickly as possible. I ended up needing plumbing replaced, and my tub reglazed. Turned out beautifully. Thank you guys, you are the best!!

❤️❤️❤️ Sandy the property manager is the best!!! She understands stuff happens. She also knows all the residence by name and their fur babies. Im 51 yrs old and have had alot of landlords but sandy is by far the very best. When you put a work order in the maintenance comes the same day if available if not the next morning. The whole staff is great, beautiful apartments, and great neighbors also. Very quiet.

I've had a great experience from beginning to present. Sandy made the process smooth and transparent.Sandy is always available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever I need it. I can't thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism and integrity. I'm happy to be a part of a welcoming, beautiful and well managed community.

I enjoy Marine View Apartments ! It comes with beautiful ocean views . In the mornings when i walk my dog around the neighborhood , Im catching the sunrise glazing through the water. What a sight! In the meantime catching our coastal breeze , evenings are the best times. You can walk to the beach , which isn’t a far walk. It’s a pet friendly community. Ms.Sandra is an amazing person that could help you with any needs or questions. People in the office in general are very friendly responsive and supportive .
