San Gabriel Crossing Apartments

Hello Management or owners I am a tenant here and I am very, very upset every time I walk in the office there’s always a child running around almost drop me since y’all got this new manager in. She is very dirty. I have photos of the office if you would like to see them is it not this is so uncalled for considering all the rent that we are being charged. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Looked up apartments online, expressed interest through the website "CONTACT US" received several emails to come take tour. One email sent to me said no vacancies get on wait list. 4 more emails sent after stating come take tour. CONFUSED by emails from SGC apartments. Called number on emails & someone said no managers on site ( that person quit) & did not know when anyone would even be on site and told me not to drive there but to email the Sr manager. 2.9.24 Sent email & received new email today saying my email was blocked. WHAT THE HELL? Too many 🚩 🚩 red flags 🚩 🚩

I have been with Larry Selby for many years. He and his office staff have always reviewed my personal situation and figured out the best plan for me and my family. His staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions. Larry had my best interest when advising me on how I should combine my life policies recently. I would highly recommend He and his office staff to assist you with any insurance needs you have .

The upper management needs to be working with people who are trying to improve their life. Instead of what is on their credit report. I was denied because of a false claim on mine Sam the Mgr. Was so very helpful and considerant. Too bad the upper management isn't.

Beautiful area. Queit my friend lives here and everytime I vist it is clean and not trashy.
