We made an offer on a home and were told for 3 days that we would have the contract in our email to sign. Every contingency that they requested we agreed with, and/or jumped through hoops to comply with. We were informed that we were out bid today. I would normally be fine with this as it is the nature of the housing market. However, we were told our offer was accepted, list your home, everything is good. The practices of the OWNER and this business are completely unethical and have left our family heartbroken. I could NEVER trust EXIT by the Bay Realty and am completely disgusted with how they do business.

I'M a FIRST time home owner.........I would say my closing experience was a WALK in the PARK. But after being in my home less then 45 day's. I had a roof leak. When my agent went to address my concerns with the seller's agent. She stated I purchased AS IS. I DIDN'T purchase AS IS because MY USDA loan doesn't allow AS IS HOMES. So ALL I have to SAY IS BE CAREFUL. If my Dad didn't have a Friend who was a ROOFER. I WOULD'VE BEEN ****.
