When my wife and I decided to sell our home and move to Calvert County, apartment options were limited. Beechtree stood out as the best available, and although we weren’t entirely sure what to expect when we moved in, it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. Over the next five years, Beechtree Apartments and its residents played a major role in shaping our lives in Calvert County. I have had a wonderful experience living at Beechtree apartments. The office staff have been wonderful and always ready to assist if I have an issue and always are courteous. We have great conversations. The maintenance staff are prompt and respectful to my family and my apartment whenever we call or they have routine maintenance to do. Beechtree has been a great place to live for us.

I have lived at Beechtree Apartments for over a year now and can’t express enough the great customer service the office staff and maintenance crew provide to us tenants. They are a hands-on team who provide regular communication and interaction. From general day-to-day administrative matters to snow removal and everything in between they always provide quick responses. Their commitment and dedication is undeniable. We appreciate your continued support and effort with keeping our community safe and informed.

My wife, myself and our two dogs lived here for one year. It has been the best apartment experience ever despite my wife and I having lived at all corners of the US. The management is fantastic and very sweet. Anytime we have a service request, it gets addressed promptly and professionally. Dave and Mike are awesome. Kathy and Maggie are so sweet and helpful! There is a dog park which is clean and always filled with toys. Parking is plentiful and you never have to worry about parking. The area is safe and if it helps, there are several police officers who live in this complex which goes to show how safe this complex is. The complex also has Amazon Lockers which is great!! Mail is handled safely and while respecting everyone's privacy. There is beautiful greenery and natural scapes all aro
