Very nice looking apartments, new feel, quiet and spacious
Shows availability on their website, however when you call you get told that there’s a waiting list. They don’t give you any type of indication as to how long the list is or your place on the list. One bedroom has been available for over a month now however I’ve yet to be called.
Beautiful place, hoping to get me one!!
They fraudulently advertise specific apartments as available when they have a 2+ year waiting list on all properties. Reported on Zillow and the Maryland Attorney General's office and the Department of Housing and Community Development. STOP DOING THIS!!
What is the monthly and yearly cost of the affordable rent? Also, does it include a washer, dryer, and dishwasher?
