Samir Realty

I attempted to converse with Samir about a property and he was very unprofessional. He answered the phone and you could hear that he was busy and involved with something, however instead of rescheduling the call he rushed the call. He was adamant that my property of interest was unable to be used for my intended use and instead of making suggestions and assisting me in what to look for, he told me to cal back on Monday and then hung up the phone. Needless to say, I will not be seeking future help from him

I reached out to Samir just to find out what the process of looking for a commercial space was. It was right before vacation and i wasnt planning to rent until the following year plus I didnt know anything about renting at all. I explained what i needed as a business and he said "i think i have the right space for you". We met that same day to visit the establishment and he was so right. I fell in love with it. Right after coming back from my vacation i signed the lease and it has been a wonderfull space for my business. Everything was pretty straightforward, stress free and quick.

His expertise is excellent, definitely enjoyed working with Samir, he is a very knowledgable smart man when it comes to properties and real estate.
