Hidden Lake Town & Country Apt

It's been three months that I moved here from Hackensack and anybody that is from up north knows how crazy expensive it is to live up north in a damn shoe box. I literally have everything that I want and need from my new home. I love it. Yes there are a lot of fees when signing your lease , expect that. I love the space and my husband and i are very happy

The management of this place is horrible! They will rip you off at the end and will not return your security deposit. In addition - the management will send you a million of nonsense rules of what you CANNOT do and they will fine you, harass you and bother you non-stop.

Spacious apartments with basement storage. I visit a friend there fairly often but still get confused by the signage. Nice location, we go for lovely bike rides in the neighborhood but it's also close to a lot of shopping and many restaurants. Everyone there seems friendly and I hear that the maintenance and other staff are very good.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Please take the time to research all reviews on this apartment. For how much you pay you are living around individuals who smoke, allow their kids to play in the parking lot, and so so so many issues with maintenance. I didn't research reviews before I rented and wound up seeing every single issue that was in those reviews. My AC didn't work the first day moving in and continued to break repeatedly, and still does not work!!! Maintenance and Management could care less too. Maintenance is very rude, and be prepared to pay them $25 in cash if you ever lock your keys in your apartment. They refuse to open the door otherwise. They also promise "renovated rooms"...this is a lie. They left a huge mess in my bathroom including holes, writing on the wall, and paint everywhere!

This apartment complex looks beautiful from the outside but the living experience is horrible. My girlfriend is constantly being harrassed by maintenance staff for walking too hard over his unit. Instead of management resolving the issue with the maintenance they continue to send her threatening letters. For the luxury price it is not worth the head ache. Renters turn away!
