Executive Property Management

Our community changed over to EPM 4 months ago. In just that short time, due to their customer focus and financial acumen, they have saved us so much $$$. We keep getting comments from owners in the community about their exceptional customer service. We originally considered them when we went for bid because another neighboring community kept singing their praises. While we interviewed 3 other companies, they stood out…each month as they improve our processes & highlight savings, our Board finds itself validated for having made the right choice! Michelle is their superstar manager and we’re so happy we made the change!

This property management oversees our association. Terrible!! All owners are saying that many years ago, it was different, well run association. All owners were happy- now, we are not sure WHO works for who. We pay association fees that are NOT well managed, overspend. No guidlines by which they follow, it's how the wind blows. I wish the owners had the ability to rate the management and their services annually. Yet- nothing is done. Everytime you call the office- you wonder if those working there are hired by your money, or you work for them! We pay association fees to have the property manged well, save money, budget well, and oversee the vendor management. I work in this industry for over 18 years, and I couldn't accept the services, attitude, association fee increases at my company!!!

Executive Property Management has been handling our condominium property for over 20 years. They are a cut-above the rest. In my opinion, they are exceptional & extremely quick to react and solve any issues that come up in a timely manner. My dealings with Michelle, Steven, and Bernie have been great! I cannot say enough positive comments about them. I highly recommend this management company.
