I express our sincere gratitude for the established community, characterized by its exceptional members, mutual affection, respect, and unwavering support for one another.

I'd have to say my buying experience was great, Sean Marks our sales person was pretty amazing. Our closing date keep moving and we closed 3 months behind schedule. We have some issues that Pulte needs to address and they've been just OK with that. The finished product could have been much better, pretty horrible paint job on some doors, windows, door frames, etc. Updating finally. Pulte did come through and addressed all our major issues. Good community and people here.

Average neighborhood. Always kids & adults in the road. Be cautious.

Not enough parking and poop from people's dogs all over the place including on my lawn. Do not move here.

My appreciation is for the community that has settled here. Great people, love, respect, and always looking out for each other.
