I was extremely disappointed with this apartment complex after touring two separate 2 bedroom units. The exterior structures throughout the property appear cheaply "renovated" and poorly maintained, with visible rotting wood, missing pieces, and general neglect across the grounds. This immediately raised concerns about overall upkeep. Inside the apartments, the condition was worse. The first unit I toured, which had carpet, had an overwhelming odor of filth that was impossible to ignore. It was shocking that the carpet had not been replaced, especially given the condition and smell. The second unit, which had vinyl or wood-style flooring, smelled slightly better but was still clearly substandard. The upgrades were very cheap and poorly done — it was obvious that surfaces had been painted

Sage Creek is very nice and quiet Apartment and the leasing office staff are very nice and friendly…the manager Miranda she was very helpful during the application approval and also Andrea was very sweet and welcoming! I truly want to stay with this community until we become a house owner! And also I want to mention their one bedroom apartment which is quite affordable and very nicely and cozy! I love my new apartment in Sage Creek 👌🏻😍

Worst living experience ever! If you move into 1930 101c you will find our real fast. The neighbors upstairs are the worst type. They run a day care and will have running and stomping and there all overweight so it's loud till midnight. And they would sweep there mess on to my patio or front door, spit gum by my front door, spit on the wall by my door, and 2x they tried cornering me while the whole family tried attacking me, I have it all on camera and a bunch of other things they did. The manager's don't help at all. The first manager Diego was good. Then mehwa and Rosario took over and what a disaster. I tried talking to them one time but they dismissed me real quick when they had a Avon lady with all her perfumes and make-ups all over the counter as they were treating themselves while o

Disappointing Experience at Sage Creek Apartments Managed by Davlyn Properties I would not recommend living at Sage Creek Apartments or renting from Davlyn Properties. My experience has been consistently frustrating due to poor management and lack of care for residents. Maintenance is painfully slow — requests often go unanswered for days or weeks, and even when they do respond, the fixes are temporary at best. The apartments themselves are outdated, with old appliances that barely function. It’s clear there’s been little effort to modernize or improve the units. Another major issue is the lack of cleanliness around the complex. My husband and I moved here in Nov 2020, since then we've seen different managers come and go, struggling to fit into their role. However, Sage Creek has an exceptional property manager now that has gone above and beyond in making the community better. Thank you, Drew, for being so proactive and dealing with so much craziness that comes from property management. From the time we moved, people seemed like they didn't respect the community rules at all and were very inconsiderate of others, but it has gotten much better thanks to Drew. I am only giving it 4 stars because unfortunately the neighbors that we have did not make our living experience great, but that is what comes with apartment living sometimes. Other than that our apartment was great.
