The management patty,Lisa and Rafael are more than amazing! Janessa too is very nice. The maintenance is always on a timely manner since I moved here. I had an extremely nice transfer into my two bedroom apartment with patty,it was hassle free. Patty always makes sure that my ends meet are met and follows up to see if I needed anything. They offer after school program for school aged children complex. The neighbors are also amazing Very quite, neat and serene environment. I love staying here!!

I have been a resident for almost 3 years and will be renewing my lease. When I first moved in, the management team was like a revolving door. Fortunately that has changed. Our current manager Patty is amazing. She is always friendly and kind. Any concerns or maintenance request I have are handle in a timely and professional manner. The gym has had consistent hours and access. The grounds and parking lot are clean and well maintained. I find it peaceful here and have always felt safe. The well maintained pool is an added bonus. As long as we have Miss Patty, I would recommend Sage Apartments.

I’ve been at Sage going on year two! Patty the property manager is on top of everything and very friendly! She does monthly activities for kids, fast responses, and does a fantastic job maintaining the upkeep of the property. I really appreciate how quickly they respond to maintenance requests. Would highly recommend these apartments!

Patty is always kind, responsive, and professional—whether it’s a maintenance issue or just a general question, she’s on it right away. The property is clean, and has been well-maintained, and peaceful, and I always feel safe here. You can really tell she cares about the community and takes pride in her work. We’re lucky to have her managing this place!

Current management and maintenance are wonderful. After a few past management changes, the manager Patty is welcoming, friendly and professional. She truly cares about the property she manages and her residents living environment. This can easily be seen by the cleanliness of the property, the updates to the apartments, her response time to maintenance requests and her zero tolerance for nuisance on the property.
