Sagamore Winds Apartments

We have been here for over a month, and I can confidently say this is the perfect place for new immigrants in the USA to start their life. My family loves it too! Channel has been incredibly helpful, making our transition smooth and seamless. She is so responsive and always willing to lend a hand. The maintenance team has been prompt and efficient the two times we needed them. And let's not forget the Friday popcorn tradition! my daughter enjoys stopping by the office to grab some for the family! 😊

We have been here for almost a year, and we love it! It’s mostly quiet and peaceful, there is tons to do and everything always looks nice thanks to staff & rules. The appliances are top tier, and the layout of our 2 bed 2 bath is wonderful for just us 2, our dogs, and the occasional company! We LOVE the coffee bar! We live in a wonderful place!!!

We really enjoy living in this community. We have had a great experience so far. There are so many great amenities and things to do. One of our favorite things is how pet friendly it is. We have an anxious dog, and the team is always so considerate, they let us know ahead of time when they’re coming by so we can keep her calm and safe. The office staff and maintenance team are always quick to help whenever we have questions or when we need anything. The neighbors are also friendly which makes the community feel more welcoming. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

We have been living here with my husband and baby for the past 6 months and we love how peaceful and lovely everything is. You can literally breathe peace as soon and you make the first turn in the drive way. We love the Friday popcorn and the food trucks, wish the clubs were active. Our experience has been amazing and we highly recommend friends and family the complex.

We have lived here for a few months and have loved it. The amenities are great, we especially love having access to the dog park and waste stations. The neighborhood is very safe and we feel even more comfortable with the safety officer on site. We had a few minor cosmetic issues when we first moved in but the staff was great and promptly addressed our issues.
