Saddle Ridge Apartments

Helped move my son in. Apartments seemed really nice. Loved the layout inside. The grounds were clean and the few people we saw were friendly. Some neighbors complained about the move in noise. (Sorry, moving can be noisy.) Hope its a good landing spot as my son starts his new job in Cheyenne.

I am not really sure how these have great reviews. but here it goes. They do look nice on the inside and have some nice features BUT the way they are built leads to LOTS of noise from the hallway, the stairs, and the stairway door slamming every time someone goes through it. The management company is fast to answer repair tickets but actually doing something about it takes forever unless you tell them they can enter whenever they want. Also be prepared for frequent "we need access to your apartment" emails with very little advanced warning (1-2 days at most) for maintenance, air filter, smoke detector checks, etc. If you work from home, have animals, or work at night this can get old fast. It's really clean and beautiful. I here their pretty pricey tho, I don't know first hand. Their three stories and right down the street from Sinclair gas station
